I'm not sure how, but another month has come and gone. In some ways it's surprising to me that you are just now turning three months old because you've been wearing 3-6 month clothes for a while so you don't seem like a little baby. We've also started settling into a routine that feels really good and makes it hard to remember what our life was like before you came along. Nevertheless, you are our happy, growing, and sweet 3 month old boy.
This month, you had a lot of firsts: you had your first plane ride, met your cousins for the first time and met your first baby friend, Richie.

Now you are sitting up (with only a little help from the bumbo seat ;) ), you are cooing and giggling, and you mimic whatever facial expressions we do. You're getting close to rolling over, but we understand that you have a big 'ole belly in the way so it might take you a while. You still love the mobile and baby einstein play mat, but are starting to notice new toys like rattles and the kitty cats who are so interested in you. Bath time is still one of the best times of the day. You now kick continuously like you're running, splashing water all around you and all over the kitchen counter where your bath is.
A typical day for us starts at around 5:30 or 6:00 AM, when you wake up happy and ready for some quality time with Mom and Dad before we head off to work and school. During the day between naps and eating, you have a walk or two outside in the stroller or bjorn carrier, tummy time and read books (ok, we actually read to you).
Around 6 or 7 PM you get a bath, then you eat and snuggle before going to bed. You are so good and sleep until 5:30 or 6, waking up once to eat and going right back to sleep.
Maybe we're a little biased, but we think you're just perfect in every way. We fall more in love with you every day and so do the people around you. We love your chubby cheeks, your bright blue eyes, your toothless smile and your fat, rolly thighs. We love your voice and are excited to hear you actually speaking words one day. Most of all, we love that you're all ours and that it seems ok to you!

Love you little man,
Mommy and Daddy
